Credit card charges are not entered
until shipment is made.
Unplayed items may be exchanged for a different title only on
condition that they are unopened and returned to us in resalable
condition. There may be a $1.00 per item charge for this service.
Any item shipped to you in error and returned to us unopened
will be replaced free of charge with the correct item. Any defective
item will be exchanged for the same title. Prepaid shipping labels, or shipping credit,
for these occurrences will be provided.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders in the U.S. are shipped by U.S. Mail or UPS.
Through the Post Office we offer media mail delivery for $3.00
per order. This type of service normally takes 2-10 days.
We also offer Priority Mail delivery for $6.00 per order. This
type of service normally takes 2-3 days.
Also available is UPS ground service for $5.75 per order (not
available to Hawaii or Alaska, only UPS air service is available).
This type of service takes from one to seven days.
These shipping times depend on volume
of mail within the Postal Service and distance from California.
FOREIGN SHIPPING
Beginning May 14, 2007 we are simplifying our foreign shipping options in accordance with new International Postal rates and classifications.
These rates are based on a single CD. Stated shipping rates are approximate charges.
Our shipping charges are actual. Persons who pay by money order will receive notices (either by mail or email) of current account status.
There are now two shipping options
Priority Mail International (PM) (6-10 days)
First Class Mail International (FCM) (6-15 days)
PREMIUM SHIPPING METHODS
Within the U.S. we offer UPS 2-Day delivery for a $15.90 per
order flat rate. We can also ship Next Day UPS for actual charges.
Outside the U.S. we offer Priority Mail International (PM).
