Description:
Roy Eldridge recorded with his own band on January 23, 1937. This was followed by another session, with vocalist Gladys Palmer added, on January 28th, and not again until October, 1939. All these titles are in this compilation, plus four he made in February, 1936 with Gene Krupa's pick up band, and another four he made with Chu Berry in November, 1938. Mastered by John R.T. Davies.
