2 CD set Bandleader, arranger and composer Jerry Fielding served as a writer for the bands of Tommy Dorsey, Charlie Barnet, Alvino Rey and Kay Kyser. Although he is probably best known for his film scores, he was also an Oscar nominee on three occasions, and he also worked extensively in TV & on Radio. These sides are taken from when he led his own dance band and include 4 tracks by The Hi Lo's making their recording debut. Discography and notes by Tony Middleton.
