BENNY GOODMAN

JUBLIEE

Description:
In January of 1948, Benny Goodman took his Big Band and All Star Sextet to Los Angeles for a concert. It was broadcasted live over AFRN Armed Forces Radio Network. The entire concert was recorded and this CD contains music from some of the EPs 7 inch records. It is very rare, indeed. A very young Kay Starr, who was about twenty five years old, is also on the program.
