The first CD by Glen Hall on Leo Records "Hallucinations" was a great puzzle; it got some outstanding reviews, yet was largely unnoticed by both the average critic & the public at large. This time however, things are more accessible, the tunes are catchier, and the music is closer to jazz. Glen's "Outsource" is six musicians, and the presence of Roswell Rudd makes everything swing. |
