Guitarist Mike Magnelli graduated from the Boston Conservatory of Music in 1970, and in the early '70s, he took lessons from the legendary Joe Pass for whom he later became his life long agent and manager. During the same period, he was guitarist for Burt Bacharach's Promises Promises, and later was the guitarist and assistant conductor for the Broadway musical "Grease" with John Travolta. Today, as well as being a working pro jazz guitarist, Mike runs one of the U.S.'s leading orchestral booking agencies, Regal Artists in Quincy, MA. This is his first solo guitar recording. |
