These lengthy performances "Vamp's Blues" is over 19 minutes long give trumpeter Joe Gordon, the cool toned tenor saxophonist Richie Kamuca, pianist Victor Feldman, bassist Monty Budwig and the leader/drummer a chance to really stretch out.
